Breakfast Bran Muffin
A great way to start the day with our bran muffins. Packed full of bran and raisins they're just the thing to get you ready for the day ahead. Perfect with a cup of tea or coffee and maybe a dollop of jam!
Raspberry and
White Chocolate Cheesecake
Delicate light sponge interspersed with fresh whole raspberries and chunks of vanilla bean white chocolate. Topped with a delicious cream cheese frosting made with lashings of melted white chocolate. Crowned with white chocolate shavings and swirls of raspberry sauce. Perfect indulgence.
Apple and Blackberry
Think fresh summer fruits and crunchy topping but in miniature.
Light vanilla sponge packed with pieces of apple and whole blackberries (think healthy treat…well sort of!) Topped with a gorgeous vanilla and blackberry swirl frosting sprinkled with lightly crushed biscuits and oats. Yum!
Sticky Toffee Pudding
Here we’ve updated your old school favourite. You still get the rich sticky sponge crammed with juicy dates but you also get a delicious caramel sauce frosting, sprinkled with crunchy bits of toffee. Our cupcake also hides a secret centre full of sticky caramel sauce!

It’s one of those - you either love it
or you hate it! Personally we don’t know what there is not to love.
Light moist sponge packed with juicy carrots crowned by a gorgeous maple syrup cream cheese frosting. Who said carrots were rabbit food!
Death by Chocolate
We think everyone’s guilty pleasure has to be a good chocolate cake and by good we mean chocolate, chocolate and more chocolate! Our cupcake gives you a rich chocolate sponge packed with chunks of plain, milk and white chocolate. If that wasn’t enough we top it with a chocolate fudge topping finished with chocolate shavings. Is that enough chocolate?
Lemon Cake
We’ve taken inspiration from lemon drizzle and orange polenta cake to produce our version of a St Clements cupcake. Light moist sponge bursting with freshly squeezed orange juice hiding a gooey centre of homemade lemon curd. Finished with a fresh lemon juice frosting and shavings of orange zest. Simply perfect.
